We are glad to share with you our star dish – Stir-fried Vege Tofu. As the name implies, this dish was specially made for everyone, including our Vegan friends. This simple yet colorful dish is rich in protein, fiber, carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin and etc.In our healthy plate, we choose Sarawak Bario Black rice because it’s high in fiber and antioxidants anthocyanin. We choose egg as an inexpensive, yet best source of quality protein & vitamin D. Besides balanced diet, we encourage you to eat a rainbow, at least 3 colors in each meal.
