It provides supplemental nutritional support for pregnant & breast-feeding women by providing a daily dose.

How it helps?
- Folic acid if taken for one month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce the risk of having a child with spina bifida/neural tube defects.
- Iodine is essential for the production of thyroid hormones which in turn, are critical for the development of a baby’s brain, visual motor skills and hearing.
- Iron is necessary for formation of haemoglobin in red blood cells, which transports oxygen to the tissues. If iron levels are low in pregnancy, there may be an increased risk of low birth weight.
- DHA is important during the last trimester and the early postnatal months for the normal development of the baby’s brain, nervous system and eyesight.
- Calcium is vital for development of bones and teeth, muscle function and prevention of preeclampsia.
- Vitamin B12 is important for fatty acid production in the myelin sheath, normal nervous system function, folic acid metabolism.
Dosage
Adults – Take 1 capsule twice a day.
