There are natural ingredients that work well in the management of urinary tract infection (UTI) such as cranberries and D-mannose. Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins-antioxidant flavonoids particularly the A-type, which is the only recognized compound that prevents bacteria adhesion in the urinary tract.
