I placed the order on 14/9/25 and requested for store pick up. On 20/9, i received a notification to pick up the parcel at the selected Alpro store. So i went to the store and they informed me that they havent receive my parcel. i have been folllowing up with Alpro Hq and the branch but there was no proactive way to handle this. the delivery date on their website was misleading. it has been more than a month and i still have not received my goods. i would have placed my order on shopee if i knew the delivery will be delayed for this long!
