Use Method: 1. Insert the grey end of the Contour Plus test strip into the Contour Plus meter. The meter will switch on automatically. 2. Clean the tip of the finger and prick it with a lancet to draw a small volume of blood. 3. When the alert ""apply blood"" appears on the screen, lightly touch the blood onto the test strip. Ensure that only the blood touches the strip and do not smear it on. 4. Hold the finger over the strip until the meter beeps. 5. Remove your finger and wait for 5 seconds. The test results will be displayed after the countdown. 6. To switch off the meter, remove the test strip.
