How To Use

* For maintenance dosage: Mix 1 tablespoon (15ml) with a glass of water (240ml). Take once daily.
* For therapeutic dosage: Mix 2 tablespoons (30ml) with a glass of water (240ml). Take once daily.
* Take it on an empty stomach or about 20 minutes before you eat your regular meal.
