Occufocus20/20 contains 8 unique eye-care nutrient for good vision, specially designed for working adults.It has high concentration 25mg lutein to filter blue light. In addition, blackcurrant, mixed berry, purple carrot, black tomato extracts which are high in anthocyanidin for eye health. Not only that, rich in high antioxidants with grape seed OPC, vitamin A and E, together with algae DHA to prevent eye dryness. With Double Nutri technology, it provides up to 5 times greater absorption! Therefore, Occufocus 20/20 provides full protection for eyes with excellent antioxidant capacity.
What is Lutein?
Lutein is yellow carotenoid antioxidants known as macular pigments. It is concentrated in the macula, the central part of your retina, which is a layer of light-sensitive cells on the back wall of your eyeball. Lutein function as a natural sunblock for eye health. Thus, it is thought to play a central role in protecting your eyes against harmful blue light. Controlled studies show that intake of lutein is proportional to their levels in your retina.
The researchers also discovered that those with the highest intake of lutein and zeaxanthin had a 43% lower risk of macular degeneration, compared to those with the lowest intake. Therefore, a high intake of lutein may reduce your risk of eye diseases, such as macular degeneration and cataracts.
