Silymarin has a long hepatic performance (liver specific) due to entero-hepatic circulation.Silymarin exists in 4 isomers form: Silicristin, Silidianin, Isobilin, and Silibinin. Silibinin is the most active isomer and clinically proven to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrogenic effects. However, pure silibinin cannot be absorbed orally. Therefore, a quality pharmaceutical oral silymarin preparation must have a complete mixture of 4 isomers with highest possible silibinin content and Thisrin has >55% of Silibinin content.Each capsule contains:Silybum Marianum seeds dry extract form 262.50 mg (contains 80% silymarin) equivalent to milk thistle 350 mg.
