How to Use

Download the “Future Wear” app. Moisten your waist area (with aloe vera gel, body lotion, or a bit of water), then wear the massager so it fits closely on the skin. For reducing menstrual pain, turn off the pulse function and use heat only, placing it over the lower abdomen.
