How to wear adult pants:

1. Position the adult pants with the blue elastic in front, pull to waist level for a comfortable fit.

How to remove adult pants:

1. Remove the adult pants by pulling it down if it contains only urine.
2. Alternatively, you may also tear the sides of the adult pants and pull it out from the groin and fold.
3. If the adult pants contains faeces, gently remove the adult pants by holding the bottom. Then tear both sides of the pants and pull it out from the groin and fold.
