Blackmores Echinacea Forte 3000 is traditionally used to relieve symptoms of cold.

Ingredient: Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) dry herb juice equiv. to fresh herb 3000 mg (standardised to contain beta-1,2-D-oligofructofuranosides 1.6 mg) No added salt, yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners
