really coolant. More to the freezing sensation of mint, when the skin touch with the clothing part that have been sprayed with. Last quite long the feeling of cool, Ard 4hours i still feel the cool, which is super good. Specially bought for my brother who is an active volcano. The size quite small 100ml, can actually bring everywhere, not sure the bottle can use for how long if spray everyday
