How to Use
1. Prepare for Pumping
Clean & sterilise all parts that touch your breast or milk before first use and after each session.
Wash your hands and make sure your breasts are clean.
Charge the motor unit fully before first use — it takes about ~1.5 hours and gives ~5 pumping sessions per charge.
2. Assemble the Pump
Make sure the breast shields, inserts, tubes, and collection cups are fitted correctly.
Attach the silicone tubes to the collection cups and the motor unit.
Put the assembled cups into a bra designed for hands-free pumping (or a regular supportive bra).
3. Positioning
✔ Sit in a relaxed, upright position.
✔ Ensure your nipple is centred in the breast shield. A good seal is important for suction and milk flow.
✔ If needed, switch shield or insert sizes for comfort (the box includes multiple sizes) — a correct fit helps milk flow and reduces discomfort.
4. Start Pumping
Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn on the pump. It starts in stimulation mode to encourage let-down.
Use the level up/down buttons to adjust suction to a comfortable setting.
After ~90 seconds, the unit switches to expression mode automatically to collect milk more efficiently.
If you want, you can manually switch between stimulation and expression modes using the mode button.
5. During Pumping
✔ Relax. If it’s uncomfortable, lower the suction.
✔ You can pause briefly by tapping ON/OFF — pressing again resumes.
✔ The motor will run up to 30 minutes per session before automatic safety shut off on many models.
6. Finish & Clean Up
Turn off the pump before removing the cups — this releases the vacuum gently.
Carefully remove the cups and transfer milk into bottles or storage containers.
Disassemble and wash all used parts with warm soapy water, sterilise if needed, then air-dry.
