How To Adjust Suitable Height:

When standing up straight, the top of your walking stick should reach to the crease in your wrist.

Your elbow should be slightly bent when you hold your walking stick and hold the walking stick in the hand opposite the side that needs support.

How to walk with Promedictech Walking Stick:

1. Hold your cane in the hand that’s opposite the side that needs support.
2. Position the cane slightly to the side and about 2 inches forward.
3. Move your cane forward at the same time as you step forward with your affected leg.
