Beautiful great all-rounder cream. I decided to try this as Azelaic Acid was known to be great in treating multiple skin concerns including acne, redness, inflammation, rosacea, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone. It also has keratolytic properties, that's why I can see some noticeable results where my chicken skin around the nose and under the chin were reduced significantly. My redness also calmed down after every use. I didn't experience any purging, but there's some slight itchiness after application that goes away after few minutes. The cream has a dry-matte finish, so always top it with a good hydrating moisturizer to cover back the dryness. Overall, it's a great treatment cream. Hope to see more great results from this.
