Ingredients
Dried Figs, Sulphur Free Codonopsis, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit,
Fragrant Solomonseal Rhizome, Licorice, Lily Bulb,
Lignosus Rhinocerus, Tendrilleaf Fritillary Bulb,
Dwarf Lilyturf, Sweet Apricot Seeds, Bitter Apricot Seeds,
and Vegan Herbs Powder (Dehydrated Chinese Yam & Poria Cocos).
Preparation
1. Place the herbal soup sachet into a thermal flask,
pour in boiling water (100°C), and quickly rinse.
Discard the first brew — this helps loosen
and activate the ingredients.
2.Add the herbal powder sachet into the flask.
Pour in 270-320ml of boiling water (100°C).
Let it steep for 2 hours, shake well, and enjoy it warm!
