Ingredients

Radix Astragali, Lotus Seed, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit,

Sulphur Free Codonopsis, Gordon Euryale Seed,

and Vegan Herbs Powder (Dehydrated Chinese Yam & Poria Cocos).

 

Preparation

1. Place the herbal soup sachet into a thermal flask, 

pour in boiling water (100°C), and quickly rinse. 

Discard the first brew — this helps loosen 

and activate the ingredients.

 

2.Add the herbal powder sachet into the flask. 

Pour in 270-320ml of boiling water (100°C). 

Let it steep for 2 hours, shake well, and enjoy it warm!
