Alpro Makes Healthy Living Easy For Families In 2026

Over half of Malaysian adults now face lifestyle-related health risks, with poor diet, lack of exercise, and inconsistent preventive care driving rising rates of overweight and obesity. To help families take control of their well-being, Alpro Group Malaysia has launched the 2026 Health & Habit Calendar, a practical guide for daily self-care.
The calendar is full of simple habits designed to make healthy routines manageable. It combines insights from pharmacists with advice from doctors, nutritionists, and dietitians, so every tip is practical and trustworthy.
Inside, it covers five main areas: smarter food choices, better sleep and energy management, easy exercises for all ages, stress relief and mindfulness, and small preventive actions to reduce long-term health risks. The habits are gradual, making it easier for families to build routines that last.
“Most people only think about their health after something goes wrong, and we see it every day,” says Lim En Ni, Chief Pharmacist and Engagement Director at Alpro Group. “This calendar helps families bring self-care into everyday life. Small, consistent habits can make a real difference over time.”
The initiative also supports the community: every calendar sold funds the Alpro Foundation’s Growing Stars Project, which provides education for underprivileged children. It’s available online via Alpro OneClick or free with a minimum RM288 spent at Alpro outlets, including Alpro Pharmacy, Alpro Sugi, Alpro OptiSaver, and Alpro Baby.
