- Home Delivery Service is available for areas including Peninsular and East Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, USA, and Cambodia.
2. Your parcel will be delivered by Alpro One Click’s designated courier company.
3. Once payment for the order has been completed, any changes to the delivery address is not allowed.
4. Delivery available Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays
5. The maximum weight allowed for shipment to Singapore is 5kg. Additional charges will apply if the weight limit of 5kg is exceeded. Our customer service team will seek your consent before processing any orders exceeding 5kg
6. Any cancellation is not possible once payment has been made for Global Shopping orders, as the products are shipped directly from the country of origin by the Global Shopping merchant partners. This policy is in place to ensure the timely delivery of your items.

Malaysia Local Orders
1. Malaysia Local products will be delivered within the following timeframes
   (a) 3-7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia
  (b) 7-14 working days within East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is available for orders RM120 and above, limited to the first 2kg. Each additional kg incurs a charge of RM1.50.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, & Labuan) is available for orders RM120 and above, limited to the first 2kg. Each additional kg incurs a charge of RM15.”
Global Shopping (Direct from Japan to home)
- Global Shipping delivery times are as follows
   (a) 16 – 20 working days within Peninsular Malaysia.
   (b) 20 – 23 working days within East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan).
- Free Delivery is not applicable for Global Shipping products.
- If an order comprises both Japan Global Shopping products and Malaysia Local products, the entire order will adhere to the delivery timeframe specified for Japan Global Shopping
- The Japan Global Shopping orders are shipped directly from Japan.
- Products purchase from Global Shopping is only for personal use and limited to one month supply.
