This Returns, Refund, Exchange Policy is only be applicable for Alpro Pharmacy One Click online store only.

Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered, customer need to notify Customer Service by phone +606 792 1923 or email: customercare@alpropharmacy.com to report on the products upon 7 days of receiving the goods.

  1. This return(s) & exchange(s) policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable align with Medication Safety • Our Priority.
  2. Return(s) & exchange(s)allowed with same product that with equal value or lower value. Exchange product that value less than the return value, there will be no refund for the difference of price.
  3. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
  • If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
  • If the products delivered is expired; or
  • If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its new, unused, original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

4. To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to our returns centre. We recommend Customer use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility. Please take note all shipping fee is bear by Customer UNLESS the the item that Customer returned has been certified in Clause 3, you will receive a full refund on delivery charge. Walk-ins will not be entertained at any Alpro Pharmacy outlet.

5. If all replacement or exchange of Product(s) is not available, Customer may request for a refund to be made via either,

  • via Cash Value Points and/or non-cash term with equivalent cash value to One Click membership account within 2 working days; or
  • via same mode of payment in Credit card and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which the financial institution may takes 14 to 30 working days to finalise the refund.

Alpro Pharmacy One Click shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing the said refund.

Due to medication safety reason, all medication & supplement product(s) sold are not returnable, exchangeable, and refundable.

Yes, Products for exchange shall be returned in its new, unused, original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products and medical devices shall return in the original packing with cables, accessories, documentation including manuals and warranty card.

All cold chain and temperature sensitive items are Non- returnable after purchase.
