How to Use

1. Mix with 100ml room temperature water and drink 

 OR

 2. Directly pour into mouth SLOWLY and little by little, followed by a sip of water 

 OR 

 3. Mix with plain greek yoghurt 

 When to consume?:

 1. If bloating issues often happen after meal: Take Gudogo right after meal 

 2. If symptoms happen regardless of time: Take Gudogo 10 minutes before meal

 3. If sudden attack: take 1-2 sachets right away to relieve

 Recommend: 

Take 1 sachet twice daily for the first month and if symptoms greatly improved, can titrate down to 1 sachet daily for maintenance.
