How to Use

1. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment

2. Install the Fitdays app on your mobile device or tablet.

2. Register or log in to the app.

3. Pair the scale with your app.

4. Tap the ‘Start Measuring’ icon in the app, then step onto the scale with bare feet to obtain your results. Ensure your bare feet make good contact with the metal electrodes for accurate measurements.

5. The scale with take approximately 10-30 seconds to obtain all data; do not step off the scale as you will have you start all over if you step off too quickly.
