Didn’t really care for this product too much I prefer my vitamins in a capsule form because it’s harder for your stomach acid to break down that hard brick in there so my philosophy is is the gelatin melts down the powder goes into your bloodstream much quicker so I prefer something in a capsule form

At least 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with low bone density, which is more common among women. Actually it was 40 years ago that I began to change my eating habits to lose weight. In that I’ve been a success as I weigh about 70 lbs less than back than & have been this weight for many years. But the journey had some side effects, a cutting back on dairy & protein helped lead to low bone density. I don’t know how many years ago I began taking these six days a week, and along with more protein and a lot of ice cream, my bone density is nearly back to the “normal” level.
