GKB Lactobacillus Rhamnosus Plus is a symbiotic that provides 50 billion CFU of probiotic Lactobacillus Rhamnosus. Together with prebiotics Inulin and FOS to carry the beneficial functions in our body. For instance, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus probiotic strain helps to reduce skin sensitivity and promote healthy skin.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus is also known as Lacto GG or LGG. It is a type of bacteria found in your intestines. Many studies support the benefits of LGG. Since 1990, people are using LGG as an ingredient in food and dietary supplements.
It has exceptional higher adaptation to survive in acidic and basic conditions within our body. Besides that, this probiotic strain can also adhere to and colonize our intestinal walls.
