Bought this for my 2y.o daughter. She went for playschool and often get sick so tried this product and based on my observations it does help slighlty on her health and not easy to get sick but i didnt continue as i repurchased Pomugen instead. Maybe if i buy and use more boxes i can see major differences. It has pineapple taste which i mix into her milk but its quite strong and my daughter can taste the different. Otherwise you may consider mix it separately in a plain water rather mixing into their milk
