This appears to be a great quality supplement and it’s just what I need for my swollen, painful joints. I’ve always been very active, but as I progressed into my late 50s I began experiencing joint pain and swelling. I use chamomile and arthritis compression gloves for the swelling and will continue to do so, (they are very effective) but those items treat the symptoms, not the root of the problem. This supplement can prevent further deterioration of my joints by controlling inflammation on a continual basis and providing nutrients that promote the production of collagen. I recommend it!

I’m a carpenter and I’ve taken Glucosamine Supplements before for shoulder pain. Actually believe they helped me to avoid surgery. I’ve have taken the whole 30 days of this product and it seems to have helped but my should isn’t 100% yet. Mostly resting the shoulder over the 30 days, I’m hoping physical therapy ( Google It ) takes me the rest of the way. It has also seemed to benefit my elbows, knees, ankles, hips and wrists. Only disappointment was no expiration date on the packaging. Some color bleeding in the envelopes may be due to time on the shelf making they less effective.
