"Per person per day, add one spoon (2g) of calcium powder to rice, dishes or beverage to get 270mg of elemental calcium. *Use less than 1.0% of Genkilab Calcium in dishes, rice or beverage ( for example, one spoon 2g calcium in 200g dishes , rice, beverage.)
