Composition:

173.0 – 186.7mg of dry extract from silybum marianum fruits(36-44:1)equivalent to 75-80.9% silymarin calculated as silibinin(extractant:ethyl acetate>97.7%)
Source of capsule shell:
Bovine origin
Indications:
- For supportive treatment in acute/chronic liver diseases and cirrhosis.
- Fatty degeneration.
- For functional impairment of the liver caused by toxic states.
- To protect the liver cells during administration of drugs hazardous to the liver.

How To Use
In severe cases 1 Legalon 140 capsule three times daily.As a maintenance dose and as initial dosage in moderate cases 1 Legalon 140 capsule twice daily.

This really works! My husband was diagnoses with fatty liver and his liver enzyme tests were double the normal range. After going through one bottle, his liver tests were down to within normal range.

Who knows if milk thistle really does help keep your liver healthy. I like to think it does and since I like to take a drink now and again, I want to make sure my liver recovers and remains healthy so I take milk thistle. I’ll keep ordering it. I like the coated tablets. I have no problem swallowing them. No complaints whatsoever.

My Mom has Alzheimer and paces a lot and gets up a lot at night. We have tried melatonin but it did not work. I started a few days ago and she has been sleeping all night. Exercise helps so much with lowering your cholesterol, my doctor told me. I really like legalon, they have a good reputation and that means a lot to me.

I have been taking milk thistle for years. First problem was a fatty liver due to medications a year later it was clear. My sis cholesterol went down in 60 days and if you take it at night it will make you sleep. It is considered a body cleanser.
