How To Use
For adults (15 years and older): 1.3g at a time, for children aged 8-14: 0.65g, three times a day, taken after meals or between meals. (The attached spoon holds approximately 1.3 grams per level scoop. "Between meals" refers to 2 to 3 hours after a meal.)Take with water or warm water.
