PERHATIAN :
- Namun, para ibu menasihatkan supaya tidak mandi melebihi tempoh masa 15 minit dan segera mengeringkan tubuh bagi mengelakkan demam selsema.
- Untuk kelahiran secara normal, ibu baru bersalin disyorkan mandi selepas 7 hari,
- Manakala bagi ibu yang bersalin secara pembedahan ,disyorkan mandi selepas 10 hari.
- Selepas itu, mereka digalakkan mandi setiap hari, ataupun sebagai alternatif, mereka boleh mandi secara biasa 2 hingga 3 kali seminggu.
How To Use
How to use:Put 2 sachets into 3 liters of water and boil them for 15 to 30 minutes.
The longer the herbs are immersed in the boiling water, the strength of the herbs are more enhanced, not to mention the more fragrant your bath water! Turn off fire and allow the water to cool a little before using it for sponging or bathing. You may mix a little more warm water into this mixture if it is insufficient.
For sponging, 1 sachet is sufficient.
For bathing, use 2 sachets.
Cara Penggunaan:
Masukkan 3L air ke dalam periuk yang mengandungi 1 sachet . masak dan didhkan air yang mengandungi 1 sachet selama 15-30 minit . Kewangian herba lebih kuat jika dimasak lebih lama . buangkan sachet dan tambah 3L air suam untuk mencapai kepanasan air (37c) yang sesuai untuk mandi
