Toothpaste Usage

Firstly, brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Secondly, store in room temperature. Next, use top of cap to open safety seal. Lastly, for best performance, keep cap closed when not in use
