I use a safety pin and prick the capsule to squeeze the oil onto my recent surgery scars as soon as the Dr tells me it’s safe to rub (Knee replacement) to reduce scar’s appearance. I’ve done it in the past, I can’t tell you whether it works since I don’t know what it would look like if I didn’t.
