Normally use Tena overnight, been having issues with availability. NEEDED something soon, so tried this alpro sugi’s product. Very good results have restocked with these again. They are solid fibers, not fluffy like Tena, the shape is more angular and fits better. I’m a big lady so these being not as wide and thick they work better. The adhesive is super strong and about 2 inches wide from front to back, pad does not budge.
