With the pandemic still ongoing, more people are being put out of jobs and there are reports of loss of income throughout Malaysia as a whole. Students are unable to continue their school but to attend online classes, not everyone can afford a digital device or even a mobile data plan. 

We saw a need to raise more funds to support more students and enroll them under the care of The Growing Stars Project. To raise more awareness to support these students, we rolled out an initiative by having our “Dream and Shine Bright T-shirts” to create awareness and to raise additional funds. 

This T-shirt project was kick-started by a group of student interns, and within a span of 2 months, more than 7,000 T-shirts were sold, and more than RM130,000 was raised in the process with the help of everyone, from our partners, customers, and also friends and family members of our Alpro Family. 

Supported 100 Students
We have successfully reached a new milestone by supporting 130 students from 54 students in early 2021.

Together with the help and support from everyone, we made it and have managed to take care of these students and support them in their education journey.
