According to statistics published by the Harvard University Journal, the proportion of injuries caused by running every year is as high as 75%, especially Runner’s Knee. Every time you land a step while running, the knees have to face the impact of 3-5 times your body weight, which eventually cause the knee caps, ligaments, joints and tendons to wear out very fast. The situation is worsened if your leg muscles are not strong enough to support the high intensity repetitive motions.
