Ingredients:

 
  • 3/4 cup veggies (Carrots, peas, beans etc)
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 onion diced medium
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp salt/garam masala powder
  • 1 medium tomatoes (Optional)
  • 3 cups water (Adjust as needed)

Directions:

 
  1. Heat a pan with oil. Stir-fry cubed boneless chicken breast. Then set is aside. 
  2. Add cumin and allow to crackle
  3. Saute ginger and onion. Stir-fry until they turn slightly golden and pink
  4. Saute veggies for 2 tp 3 mins. Sprinkle red chile powder, turmeric and salt
  5. Mix and stir fry for another 2-3 mins until fragrance
  6. Add oats and stir well
  7. Add water and bring to boil
  8. Cover and simmer it.  Adjsut the amount of water to adjust the consistency of the dish
  9. Add parsley leaves and serve it with tomato slices
